Tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day! Whether you’re Irish or not, this lunch is sure to make anyone who opens it feel lucky! Making this St. Patrick's Day bento box takes just a few minutes, but the result is like a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.
To make this St. Patrick's Day bento box, start with a shamrock sandwich. Assemble your normal sandwich (we used turkey and cheese), then use a cookie cutter to slice it into three hearts. Arrange them to make a clover and add a bit of crust for the stem!
Then, slice kiwis and layer them on the bottom of the container. Thinly slice a carrot and use letter cookie cutters to form the letters to spell “LUCKY.” Fill your small container with some lucky charms!
For the rainbow, thinly slice different colored peppers and arrange them in color order.
In the last container, you’ll notice one of our green spinach muffins from the batch we made earlier in the week! We added one of our clover picks from our nature food pick pack. Lastly, don’t forget those magical chocolate gold coins!
