Your kids will love this Star Wars themed Lunch
Tomorrow is May 4th, better known as the unofficial Star Wars Day. In celebration of this holiday, we want you to be prepared to send your kid off to school with the coolest lunch! It’s easy to make a Star Wars themed lunch with a little creativity.
Here’s how we made ours:
- Star cucumbers and carrots: Your kids will have fun eating their veggies with these star cucumbers. Use our star veggie cutter to achieve this quick and simple cut.
- “Ham Solo” and cheese sandwich: This is a simple ham and cheese sandwich, but we added an extra bit of fun by cutting it into the shape of the Millennium Falcon! We used a silhouette as a stencil and traced around it with a knife.
- Pretzel light sabers: Your kids will be so excited about the treat, they’ll never turn to the Dark Side! Melt white chocolate and add in organic blue and green dye. Roll the end of the pretzels in the chocolate and smooth with a knife.
We also added in some fruit for snacking and packed it all in our Midnight bento kit. Your kids will think this lunch is better than anything they've ever seen in this galaxy (or any other galaxies far, far away). Happy eating, and remember…the Force will be with you, always.
