Make it a well-balanced meal!

If you're gluten free or have someone in your family who is, packing wholesome well-balanced lunches can come with an extra challenge. However, packing a gluten free bento box doesn't have to be stressful and you can still pack a delicious meal!

Here's how we packed our gluten free bento box:

  • Sliced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes
  • Almonds and dried cranberries in our bento divider
  • Fresh blueberries and raspberries
  • Slices of cheddar cheese with Absolutely gluten free flatbread crackers, broken into smaller pieces so they fit into our bento container
  • "Sushi" sandwiches

To make the sushi sandwiches, spread out a piece of lettuce. Layer on two pieces of Applegate turkey breast. Starting at the end of the lettuce, roll the turkey around a cheese stick. Slice into pieces. You can keep them from unraveling with our panda food picks!

In case you missed it earlier this week, you can also add in an extra sweet treat with our gluten free almond butter cookie bars. They're sooo good! We packed ours in our camo bento box set. Don't forget to keep it cold with a bento cool pack! How do you pack your gluten free bento box?
