If you're gluten free or have someone in your family who is, packing wholesome well-balanced lunches can come with an extra challenge. However, packing a gluten free bento box doesn't have to be stressful and you can still pack a delicious meal!
Here's how we packed our gluten free bento box:
To make the sushi sandwiches, spread out a piece of lettuce. Layer on two pieces of Applegate turkey breast. Starting at the end of the lettuce, roll the turkey around a cheese stick. Slice into pieces. You can keep them from unraveling with our panda food picks!
