It’s almost Super Bowl Sunday and we’ve got the snacks to prove it! Whether you’re watching for the game, Puppy Bowl, halftime show or commercials, this Super Bowl bento box is sure to impress all fans!
To make this festive meal, start with some lettuce or spinach in your medium container. Slice a pepper into thick slices, then use letter cookie cutters to make the “Super Bowl” letters. We also added in some tomatoes to round it out.
Fill the other medium container with crackers and wrapped up deli meat. For the footballs, cut slices of cheddar cheese and add on laces with sour cream. You can use a piping bag for the sour cream, or use Daisy's squeezable sour cream. (If you don’t have a piping bag, simply put a spoonful of sour cream into a small baggie and cut a small hole in one corner to be able to draw thin lines.)
Use that sour cream again to make your own guacamole football field. We marked where the 50-yard line would be and completed it with a field goal post made out of sliced peppers.
We finished off this meal with a mix of pomegranate seeds and blueberries, corn chips to go with the guacamole and of course some M&Ms for a treat!
Psst… even if you don’t need to pack a bento box lunch to go, these will make great snacks at your Super Bowl party!
