Staying hydrated is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle, yet studies show that two-thirds of Americans don’t drink enough water. With the recommended amount of water at about eight 8-ounce glasses a day, you may find it difficult to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Maybe you think water is too boring or you crave sugary drinks. Fruit infused water may be the answer to your problem!

Aside from giving water a punch of flavor, there are many health benefits to drinking fruit infused water. Some of these include: flushing toxins from your system, making you feel full so you don’t eat as much junk, reducing muscle fatigue, and raising your energy levels. Drinking fruit infused water can even naturally help your body release fat cells to aid with weight loss!

Here are some of the Bentology team’s favorite fruit infused recipes:

  • Lemon, lime and mint
  • Watermelon and rosemary
  • Orange, blueberry and mint
  • Lavender and lemon
  • Cucumber, strawberry and lime
